ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Please read the instructions carefully prior to submitting your abstract

Abstracts are being invited for Oral Paper/e-Posters presentations:

Abstracts must be submitted online only through the website (Abstracts submitted via email/fax or any other means will NOT be accepted.)
All abstracts must be submitted in English language only.
Registration is mandatory for any kind of participation during the conference.
Abstracts for oral Papers/e-Posters must be limited to 300 words.
The title of the abstract must be concise and should avoid the use of abbreviations.
Abstracts and Oral Papers/posters should include the following sections:
- Aim/Purpose
- Methodology
- AResults
- Conclusions
e-Posters should include:
- Learning Objectives
- Background
- Imaging Findings/Procedure Details
- Take-home Message
Do not include graphs, tables, images, or references in the abstract.
Do not mention the name of the institute or any author names in the abstract body.
Abstract submission is open until 15th October. Late submissions will NOT be accepted.
By submitting abstracts, the authors grant the organizing committee the right to publish the abstract in electronic form.
Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee. The review process is confidential, and the committee’s decision is final.
