Please read the instructions carefully prior to submitting your abstract
Abstracts are being invited for Oral Paper/e-Posters presentations.
Abstracts must be submitted online only through the website (*Abstracts submitted via email/fax or any other means will NOT be accepted.)
All abstracts must be submitted in English language only.
Registration is mandatory for any kind of participation during the conference
Oral Papers /e-Posters must be written in 300 words.
The title of the abstract must be concise, avoid using abbreviations.
Oral Papers/posters should have the following headings: Aim/purpose, methods, results and conclusions. E-Posters should include the following headings: Background, Learning Objectives, Imaging Findings/Procedure details, Take home message.
Do not include graphs/tables/images/references in the abstract. Do not mention the name of the institute or any author names in the abstract body.
The abstract submission is open till 15th October. Late submissions will NOT be accepted.
In submitting the abstracts, the authors also grant the organizing committee, the right to publish the abstract in electronic form.
The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee. The review process is confidential, and the committee’s decision is final.
